Information We Store

How Information Is Used

Your patterns are used solely to test against the URLs of tabs open in your browser so TabSweep can decide whether to close them. The extension does not log, export, or share these URLs.

Permissions

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. No analytics, ads, or tracking libraries are included.

Security

Data is stored using the browser’s built-in extension storage. Because nothing is transmitted to our servers, risk is limited to your local device and browser account. Keep your device secure and sign out of browsers on shared machines.

Children’s Privacy

TabSweep is a utility extension and does not target children. It does not collect personal information from any user.
